POST /v1/preflight is free and uses caller-supplied assumptions, not live market quotes.
POST /v1/bsc/reconcile costs 0.02 USDC on Base (eip155:8453) per delivered report.
The report analyzes BSC (chain 56); payment is on Base, a different chain.
The paid endpoint needs a private random Idempotency-Key header. An unpaid request returns x402 v2 terms.
Keep the exact request, key and signed authorization for retries. An unresolved payment is not a failed payment.
Never send private keys, seed phrases, wallet sessions or exchange credentials.
Public manifests support discovery; they do not imply registry indexing, an official Binance affiliation or verified customers.

Availability: offered only to customers outside mainland China where lawful. The actual customer and use determine eligibility, not the Agent hosting location. Review /privacy.html before purchasing.
